About This Project
ASR completed rehabilitation of various vessels throughout Surprise, AZ including:
- Ashton Ranch Phase I & II: Removal of existing media and replacement of new media, interior cleaning, media blasting, interior coatings, disinfecting, nozzle replacement, filter replacement, and system commissioning on (16) Arsenic Vessels.
- Rancho Gabriela: Removal and installation of existing media, interior cleaning, media blasting, and interior coatings on (7) Liquid Phase Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Vessels.

Maintaining Existing Operations
Extensive Coordination with Plant Operations
Staging Plans, MOPO Planning and extensive schedule coordination occurred with plant operators to account for existing operations. ASR was responsible prepping and enacting these plans, coordinating and communicating with the multiple parties involved to guarantee successful construction completion.
