With 23 years of experience, Dan brings extensive knowledge of various delivery methods, process improvements, and project support capabilities. He focuses on preconstruction planning related to the project lifecycle, enabling him to offer valuable insight during the estimating phase to facilitate better facility operations after construction completion. 

Upon founding ASR in 2020, Dan focused on building a team of detail-oriented and relationship-focused professionals to improve small-project delivery. He assists the Project Management teams, ensuring best practices are implemented across ASR projects from an operational perspective.

Safety & Quality Control Officer

 Dennis has spent 27 years overseeing field operations and skilled labor in the Arizona water market. During his career in the field, he has gained valuable knowledge in identifying potential problems and possible threats before construction begins, honing in on coordination and planning. He has also developed essential leadership skills required to run crews of skilled labor. He passes on knowledge to his team, allowing them to be forward-thinking from an operational perspective regarding water and wastewater systems.

He is well-equipped in problem-solving and troubleshooting in emergency situations and can develop plans quickly with minimal impact on operations. 

At ASR, Dennis is responsible for ensuring the team is trained, following company safety protocols while adhering to ASR's quality standards.

General Superintendent

Tim has been working in the Arizona water and wastewater market for nearly 25 years. Working from laborer to superintendent, Tim has become a highly respected supervisor who understands all aspects of water facility construction. He has completed various projects ranging from large plant upgrades to small rural repairs, focusing on construction methods and best installation practices. 

As General Superintendent, Tim is responsible for daily activities and crew management as well as project manpower and equipment planning. In the field, he uses his experience to ensure projects are constructed for optimum performance. 

Preconstruction Manager

Trevor first began his career in Arizona's water and wastewater market and after gaining 

valuable field experience on a variety of projects, he formally settled into estimating full-time. 

With 9 years of experience, he brings best estimating practices to ASR serving as an invaluable resource to the team. 

Trevor is responsible for overseeing estimates, planning closely with field staff and plant operators to ensure detailed estimates are prepared.
