Lone Butte WRF Spool and Air Valve Release (ARV) Replacement

This emergency repair project  included removing and replacing (2) 18' ductile iron pipe header spools and Air Release Valve (ARV) assemblies. Upon discovering the air release had blown, one of the pumps was unable to continue running. ASR was onsite immediately and had welders completing a temporary fix within 2 hours to allow the pump to continue operations. ASR then underwent custom pipe fabrications and returned for a permanent fix.
